Our speciality is work at heights, either abseil access, BMU, EWP or fall arrest. Our talented access teams include trades qualified technicians through to dedicated window and facade cleaning experts.
Construction companies, architects, designers, asset and building managers recognise our expertise in designing and installing effective, practical and efficient height safety and access system solutions from facade mono-rail track system to fall arrest or rope access anchors, access ladders, walkways and traversing ladders or platforms.
Customers, both new and existing, can partner with BASE by varying degrees. From the delivery of a single service, such as window cleaning, right through to complete work at height systems such as annual anchor certification, building facade inspection reports, repainting or project management. BASE is flexible to meet the needs of its customers. Services available through BASE include painting and rendering, concrete cancer remedial repair, facade photographic or live video inspections, pressure or wash washing facades, window cleaning or rejuvenation, bird spikes or wires, banner or light box installation, height safety system annual inspections testing certification or installation, designing access systems and providing user manuals for facade systems, tower installations, sealant replacement or leak repairs, window replacement...the list goes on.
In the primary core of operations, service provision is provided via directly employed BASE personnel derived either from multi-skilled teams, dedicated professionals or specialist tradespersons. Recognised qualifications, experience and competencies are necessary for any job taken on.
